Registration for 2013-2014 is taking place during 7th and 8th Weeks of Spring Quarter.

We’ve got a lot of exciting news to share with you, starting with changes to Registration (formerly called “Reapplication”). Every RSO is required to complete an annual Registration process in order to maintain Active status and remain eligible for services offered through the Center for Leadership and Involvement and the University.
Instead of waiting until the fall, we are shifting this process up to 7th and 8th Weeks of this quarter. Please be sure to complete the Registration process by Friday of 8th Week – that’s Friday, May 24 at 5:00pm. This will ensure uninterrupted access to your financial account and the ability to reserve space on campus. There are several additional opportunities that depend on you completing Registration by the deadline:
- Fall Quarter Room Lottery & Performance Space Lottery (see below)
- Office/Storage Space Application (now part of this Registration process!)
- Mandel Hall Request for 2013-2014 (now part of this Registration process!)
How do you complete Registration?
Log in to Blueprint, click the “Organizations” tab at the top of the page, search for your organization, and look for the “Register this Organization” button immediately below the name of your RSO.
Please do not confuse this with the “Register a New Organization” button in the left-hand column. That button is for brand new RSOs.
What information will I need to provide?
Some fields will pre-populate, and Blueprint will simply ask you to confirm that this information is up-to-date. You will be promoted to add next year’s President and Treasurer. Keep in mind that the person who completes Registration will become the new Primary Contact. Some questions may ask for brief written responses. For example, we are also looking forward to hearing about your plans for the 2013-2014 academic year.
You definitely don’t need to finish Registration in one session. Each time you click "Next," the information completed on the page will be saved as you move to the next section. You can return to this form anytime by visiting “My Submissions” under the “My Involvement” tab.
