After thorough research of Gallup’s StrengthsQuest™ assessment instrument, we are excited to offer the StrengthsQuest™ Program for University of Chicago students. The StrengthsQuest™ Program is a collaborative partnership between the Center for Leadership and Involvement, Career Advancement, the College Programming Office, the School of Social Service Administration and the College Dean of Students Office.
The instrument’s emphasis on identifying students’ top five skills and focused attention of developing those skills will help students at all stages of their professional development, from a successful transition into University life to assisting with career exploration. The use of this instrument will allow us to begin meeting our goals of providing skill development to the graduate and undergraduate community by empowering our students to invest in their personal success through their engagement with the University of Chicago.
All students in the Class of 2020 will be provided a StrengthsQuest™ access code prior to the start of the Fall Quarter, followed by a series of focused programming offered throughout the year.
Throughout the year, we will offer additional StrengthsQuest programming for the University community. For more information about these programs, please check out the links below.
