The Uncommon LEADership Series is a comprehensive leadership development workshop series covering a diverse range of topics such as communication, decision-making, and team building. Designed for participants at all levels of leadership, these workshops offer practical insights and tools to navigate the complexities of leadership in today's dynamic environments.

This session invites students to examine their motivations for effecting social change and consider how to build genuine, community-centered connections. Through guided conversation, participants will begin developing their own frameworks for thoughtful, intentional, and impactful service-driven leadership.
