Lead What's Next: Defining Your Leadership Style for the Real World
Leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all and that’s exactly what makes it powerful. Join us on April 23rd from 4:30 - 6:00pm in the Reynolds Club South Lounge for an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to help you uncover the leadership style that fits you. Through engaging activities, reflection, and meaningful conversation, you’ll explore how your experiences, identities, values, and goals shape the way you lead.
This is the perfect opportunity to reflect on your growth this year and prepare to step confidently into your next chapter, whether that’s a summer internship, a research opportunity, or life after graduation. You’ll leave with clarity around your strengths, a growth edge to focus on, and a personal leadership style statement to guide how you show up in new spaces.
Dinner is provided, so come ready to connect, reflect, and launch your leadership forward!

Industry Explorers
This quarter we are taking an exclusive site visit to PODER where culinary creativity meets community and entrepreneurship on May 8th, 2026 from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM. Students will get an inside look at how PODER empowers immigrant communities through education, workforce development, and holistic support, all within a space dedicated to growth, opportunity, and community impact.
During our visit, we’ll explore how leadership shows up in the nonprofit and workforce development space, learn about the organization’s growth and evolving impact in Chicago, and hear from staff about building programs that create real pathways for economic mobility. From language learning to career placement, PODER is redefining what it means to support and uplift communities and we can’t wait for you to experience it.
