Below are dates that every RSO Leader should know to get the most out of their experience:
2025-2026 Re-Registration
Every Recognized Student Organization (RSO) must complete an annual re-registration process to maintain active status and remain eligible for services offered through the Center for Leadership and Involvement and the University. Note that this process is only for current and approved new RSOs who are completing the annual Registration process to maintain Active status. Students interested in applying to start a new RSO will need to apply for RSO status through CORSO during Fall Quarter.
Re-registration will open on Monday, September 29, 2025 and must be completed by 11:59pm CST on Sunday, October 19th, 2025. Registration Forms are to be submitted through Blueprint.
2025-2026 SOAR Training
SOAR is the annual RSO training that is required for organizations to maintain recognized status at the University of Chicago. In this training, students will: learn University policies that pertain to the success of RSOs, meet with their assigned advisor, and understand how their RSO involvement impacts the University and the student body.
Due to space limitations, RSOs must send only one (1) representative to SOAR. One individual can represent a maximum of two (2) RSOs by attending SOAR Training. Your attendance cannot count for more than two (2) RSOs.
